Running and jogging for pleasure with Fittleworth Flyers in West Sussex

We train together as a club on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Tuesday evenings are focussed on speed work, with interval training and threshold runs. All abilities are welcome: even if you consider yourself a slow runner, you'll find Tuesdays are rewarding and a great way to improve your fitness.
Saturday mornings provide an enjoyable, longer run at an easy pace, with distances between 5 and 10 miles available. You can choose which distance you want to run, and groups of similar ability run together.
If you're thinking about joining Fittleworth Flyers, you're very welcome to just turn up at any of these training sessions to meet us and have a run.

On Tuesday evenings we train at Petworth Park, Fittleworth or Storrington.
Saturday morning runs are at 9:00am every week, on the downs or in the countryside.
The start time is when we start training. Please arrive in good time for the pre-run chat and preparation!
